The sturdy casing of HAWK MV-4000 is equipped with amazing processing capabilities and excellent flexibility. This smart camera uses FPGA, which has increased the processing power of the previous generation by several times and achieved real-time trigger response. With advanced algorithms, HAWK MV-4000 can become an ideal tool for various industries to achieve code reading, code verification, inspection, guided positioning, measurement, or various combination functions.
The image centric user interface and drag and drop programming of HAWK MV-4000 make setup simple. Ordinary operators or technicians would prefer an intuitive AutoVISION user interface (UI) that can be read at any time using reading, verification, and visual tools. Experts in machine vision will have access to another interface called FrontRunner to unlock the full potential of HAWK MV-4000.
With processing power that almost reaches the speed of PC based systems, this smart camera can truly achieve a one for ten ratio. IVision engineers refer to it as the "golden center" between PC based cameras and ordinary smart cameras on the market. Using HAWK MV-4000, an inspection rate of 4000 to 14000 parts per minute can be achieved without external processing.
