1Introduction to H637 Infrared Oil Analyzer
H637The infrared oil analyzer is a water oil analyzer independently developed and produced by Xi'an Jiecheng Instrument Co., Ltd. It is suitable for the new standard ("HJ637-2018" Water Quality - Determination of Petroleum and Animal and Vegetable Oils - Infrared Spectrophotometer "), and for the first time uses a dual extraction method, carbon tetrachloride, and tetrachloroethylene. When the sampling volume is 500ml, the extraction solution volume is 50ml, and a 100px quartz colorimetric dish is used, the detection limit of the method is 0.06mg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.24mg/L. The infrared oil analyzer is based on this principle and uses infrared spectrophotometry for measurement. After scanning the spectrum of the sample, it can display and print the spectral and absorption peak wavenumber positions of the sample. It can quickly and accurately measure the total concentration of oil in water.
IIIntroduction to the principle of H637 infrared oil analyzer
After extracting the water sample with tetrachloroethylene under pH ≤ 2 conditions, determine the oil content; After removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils by adsorbing the extract with magnesium silicate, determine the petroleum content. The content of oil and petroleum is determined by wave numbers of 73250px, respectively-1(CH2Stretching vibration of C-H bond in functional group), 74000px-1(Stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH group) and 75750px-1Calculate the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at the stretching vibration of the C-H bond in the aromatic ring based on the correction coefficient; The content of animal and plant oils is the difference between the content of oils and petroleum.
IIICharacteristics of H637 Infrared Spectrometer for Oil Analysis
1. Fully automated integrated optical system, with small instrument size, light weight, meeting the requirements of the new standard infrared spectroscopy characteristics, good stability, and high signal-to-noise ratio;
2. By using imported electrically modulated light sources, the heat generation intensity of the light source is reduced to facilitate system heat dissipation. At the same time, due to the absence of mechanical cutting motion components, the instrument structure is simplified and the reliability of the instrument is improved;
3. The sensor signal processing adopts a phase-locked amplifier circuit, which improves the instrument's signal-to-noise ratio and minimum detection limit;
4. Unique colorimetric cell structure design, suitable for any colorimetric dish from 1 to 5 centimeters;
5. The structure is simple, and the optical and electrical systems of the instrument are self-contained, with a high degree of integration, thereby improving the reliability and maintainability of the instrument;
6. Easy to operate, just click the mouse to complete one oil sample measurement;
7. The software has powerful functions such as automatic zeroing and regression equation calculation. Measurement data and spectra can be saved to the hard drive, and spectra can be queried and printed at any time.
4、 The main application areas of H637 infrared spectrophotometer oil analyzer
The infrared oil analyzer is not only suitable for monitoring the content of petroleum (mineral oil), animal and vegetable oils, and total oil in various water bodies and soils such as surface water, groundwater, seawater, domestic water, and industrial wastewater, but also recommended by the national standard for monitoring the oil content of flue gas (cooking fumes in the catering industry). In addition, it can also be used for purity detection of organic reagents and measurement of the total amount and amount of organic compounds containing various C-H bonds.

six、 Precautions for using H637 infrared spectrometer oil analyzer:
1. The instrument should be preheated for 30 minutes before measurement;
2. The carbon tetrachloride or tetrachloroethylene used in the oil analyzer should be of analytical purity or above and purified by activated carbon filtration or distillation. They can only be used after being verified as qualified by the instrument. The verification method can refer to the relevant parts of this manual;
3. When operating the instrument, experimental gloves should be worn, ventilation facilities should be turned on, and air circulation should be maintained to prevent the volatilization of carbon tetrachloride from causing damage to the human body;
4. The optical components of lighting should be avoided from being touched by human hands and dust contamination should be avoided as much as possible. If the optical mirror is stained with fingerprints or dust, it can be rinsed with anhydrous alcohol or acetone under the guidance of technicians. For gratings, this cleaning method is not possible and requires professional maintenance;
5. The oil testing file should be saved in the c: \ \ oildata \ \ dat \ \ directory, and it is recommended to frequently backup the oildata folder on other disks;
6. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the operation, the power supply of the instrument host and microcomputer can be turned off, and then restarted to work.
