2、 Precautions for high-efficiency filters:Installation requirements for high-efficiency filters: Installing high-efficiency filters is crucial for the construction and installation of purification air conditioning systems and clean rooms. The following points should be noted: clean before installation; The system should be air blown clean; The purification workshop should be thoroughly cleaned again. If a vacuum cleaner is used for vacuuming, ordinary vacuum cleaners must not be used, and vacuum cleaners equipped with ultra clean filter bags must be used; If installed inside the ceiling, the ceiling should be cleaned; After a 12 hour trial operation of the system, clean the clean workshop again before installing the high-efficiency filter. High efficiency filter unpacking: The packaging of the high-efficiency filter can only be unpacked at the installation site. After removal, a visual inspection should be conducted, and specific testing data with performance indicators should be required for each unit. It is not allowed to print general limit data (such as Pa).
3、 Efficient filter leak detection:High efficiency filters in clean workshops with cleanliness levels equal to or higher than 100 must undergo on-site leak detection before installation, with a focus on checking the quality of the filters for damage and leakage. All levels of clean workshops require leak detection of the installed high-efficiency filters. When the current standards do not provide a specific inspection quantity, a ratio can be determined. The key to installing leak detection is the sealing quality of the air filter frame.
4、 Efficient filter resistance adjustment:The difference in resistance between various high-efficiency filters can affect air flow balance and uniformity. When installing, individual air filters with high or low resistance should be removed, and air filters with similar resistance should be arranged in the same room. Air filters with different resistance in the same room should also be evenly dispersed. For air filters on the same air supply surface in a unidirectional flow cleanroom, the requirement for resistance difference is more important. According to the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cleanrooms", the following relationship should be met: the actual resistance value of each unit (under rated air volume)=(0.95-1.05) the average actual resistance value of each unit on the air supply surface.
5、 Efficient filter process flow:By adding flocculants to the circulating water through the pump, the raw water is pressurized by the booster pump. The flocculants are stirred by the impeller of the water pump and evenly mixed to suspend small solid particles and colloidal substances in the raw water for micro flocculation reaction, quickly generating flocs with a volume greater than 5 microns. The flocs flow through the filtration system pipeline and enter the high-efficiency asymmetric fiber filter, where they are filtered and intercepted by the filter material. This system adopts a combination of air and water flushing, with backwash air provided by a fan and backwash water directly provided by tap water. The wastewater from the system (high-efficiency automatic gradient density fiber filter backwash wastewater) is discharged into the sewage treatment system.
6、 Working principle of high-efficiency filter:
The most commonly used method for pollution treatment through mechanical filtration is divided into two categories based on different filtration media: granular media filtration and fiber filtration. Granular media filtration mainly uses granular filter media such as sand and gravel as filtration media, and achieves filtration through the adsorption effect of granular filter media and the interception effect of solid suspended solids in the water by the pores between sand particles. The advantage is that it is easy to backwash, but the disadvantage is that the filtration rate is slow, generally not exceeding 7m/h; The interception amount is small, and its core filtration layer only has the surface of the filtration layer; The filtration accuracy is low, only 20-40 μ m, which is not suitable for rapid filtration of high turbidity pollution.
Efficient asymmetric fiber filterThe system uses asymmetric fiber bundle material as the filter material, and the filter material is asymmetric fibers. On the basis of fiber bundle filter material, a core is added to combine the advantages of fiber filter material and particle filter material. Due to the special structure of the filter material, the porosity of the filter bed quickly forms a gradient density with larger upper and smaller lower values, making the filter filtration speed fast, the interception capacity large, and easy to backwash. Through special design, the processes of dosing, mixing, flocculation, filtration, etc. are carried out in one reactor, so that the equipment can effectively remove suspended organic matter in the aquaculture water, reduce COD, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, etc., and is particularly suitable for filtering suspended solids in the circulating water of temporary aquaculture tanks.
