Under the action of the fan, the dust containing gas enters the dust collector chamber through the labyrinth inlet on the front of the dust collector. Dust is subject to inertial collision and dust removal through the maze door. Large particles of dust are separated by collision, and sparks are extinguished. The dust enters the high-efficiency filtration section of the second stage filter cartridge, and the smoke and dust are separated by the filter cartridge in the purification room. The smoke and dust are blocked by the filter cartridge on its surface, and the blocked smoke and dust continuously deposit on the surface of the filter cartridge, increasing the resistance of the equipment. The pulse control instrument controls the electromagnetic valve of the compressed air at a fixed time, so that the compressed air flows into the blowback cleaning system through the pipeline. Through the cleaning mechanism, the compressed air is instantly sprayed towards the inner surface of the filter cartridge, causing the dust particles deposited on the filter cartridge to detach from the surface of the filter cartridge and fall into the drawer under the action of high-pressure airflow, so that the entire filter cartridge surface is cleaned and the equipment resistance is restored to its original stable operation.
