1、 Introduction
The measurement system for machine tool control is widely used in various automatic, semi-automatic, and CNC grinders, as well as bearing, automotive gear, and various shaft specific machining grinders, to achieve online active measurement of the inner and outer circles, axial positioning, bearing grooves, crankshafts, planes, etc. of the machined parts during the machining process. This type of active measuring instrument is independently developed based on the E9 technical specifications and process level of the Italian Marposs company, and is suitable for China's national conditions. Its characteristics are as follows:
(1) Easy to operate, switch signal control points using button style switching display, allowing for quick and accurate adjustment of trigger point size.
(2) Fully integrated circuit modular design, easy installation and debugging, is currently the smallest and most powerful active measuring instrument in China.
(3) High precision and good stability.
(4) Suitable for active measurement of continuous or intermittent surfaces.
(5) The out of tolerance repair function enables accurate repair of parts with a grinding allowance of only 2 μ m.
(6) The measuring device has a split type structure with the characteristics of large collection amount and large measurement range. This type of measuring instrument series consists of an indicator control instrument and an active measuring device. Different configurations can be combined into complete sets of measuring instruments with different functions.

K2: Signal output function switch, when the switch handle is turned to the upper position, the measuring head can output a switch signal to the machine tool through the measuring instrument, which is the normal working state of the measuring instrument; Turn to the middle position to cut off the connection between the measuring instrument and the machine tool; When turned to the lower position, analog Y4, Y3, Y2, Y1 signals can be output to the machine tool by adjusting potentiometer W0.
K3: Intermittent or continuous measurement switching;

W0: Zero potentiometer, which can control the size of machined parts;
