Grinding disc mill
1. This machine has water circulation cooling and is suitable for processing thermosensitive substances. Equipped with a water mist cooling system, when the temperature inside the host exceeds the set temperature, the equipment automatically sprays water mist until the temperature drops to the set value! Note: A small amount of water mist entering the machine will air dry instantly, so it will not affect the properties of the material! (Optional)
2. The principle of pressure vibration of ultrasonic vortex waves generated by the high-speed rotation of the main shaft (rotor) of this machine pulverizes the raw materials once, and sends them to the screening system through wind transportation. Coarse materials automatically return to the grinding chamber for further processing.
3. The grinding disc is made of SKD11 steel, which has undergone heat treatment and has good wear resistance, making it suitable for continuous operation.
4. This machine has a small volume, compact structure, fully sealed, and no dust overflow.
5. This machine can transport materials by relying on the wind pressure formed by itself.
