Before grape processing and production, heading selection is an important step. In order to ensure the quality of the processed products, a grape heading selection machine is used for sorting, removing those unqualified grape particles and replacing manual operations to assist production.
The grape grain selector mainly selects lightly colored fruit clusters, moldy and rotten fruit clusters, secondary fruits, dried and shrunk fruit clusters, leaves, branches and other debris. After sorting, the raw materials are sent to a stem removal crusher for stem removal and mild crushing, and then transported to a stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation tank for fermentation.
After the raw materials are selected by ear selection, they enter the stem removal machine for stem removal only. The fruit grains after stem removal are transported to the grain selection platform for grain selection. At the same time, manual assistance is used to remove residual debris such as broken fruit stems, green fruit grains, and poorly colored fruit grains. After grain selection, the grapes are lightly crushed and transported to a stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation tank for fermentation.
