Explosion proof form:
dust ignition-proof
By driving the steel belt/cable reel with a motor, the induction hammer at the end of the steel belt/cable is lowered into the interior of the silo. When the induction hammer touches the surface of the material, the motor swings mechanically, and the motor reverses to pull the induction hammer back to the top stop position, outputting an analog signal corresponding to the material level;
During this measurement process, the electronic module measures the distance in real time through Hall elements, and processes it through an internal intelligent microprocessor chip to convert the material level or volume into an analog output signal. The signal is updated every time the induction hammer is used for measurement and continues until the next measurement.
