The GT series valve pneumatic device is a partially rotary pneumatic actuator with an output shaft return angle of 90 °. It can be combined with ball valves, butterfly valves and other valves to form pneumatic valves, and is also suitable for other mechanical devices that require 90 ° rotary motion. This product can achieve the action control of opening and closing positions, as well as different requirements for continuous action control (automatic adjustment control), by using accessories such as solenoid valves. Users can choose according to their actual needs.
1、 Main features
1. The same specifications include double acting and single acting (spring reset).
2. The standard rotation axis angle can be adjusted within the range of -5~+5 ℃.

3、 Working principle
double-action
When compressed air enters the middle chamber between the two pistons (C) of the cylinder from the air port (B), the two pistons separate and move towards the two ends of the cylinder. The air in the air chambers at both ends is discharged through the air port (A), and at the same time, the gears of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate 90 degrees in the opposite direction of the timing needle. You can adjust the slight angle from both ends. Loosen the nut (E) and use an Allen wrench to turn the adjusting bolt (F) to adjust the desired angle, then tighten the nut (E). On the contrary, when compressed air enters the air chambers at both ends of the cylinder through port (A), it causes the two pistons to move towards the middle of the cylinder, and the air in the middle chamber is discharged through port (B). At the same time, the gears of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees.


Single acting (spring reset)
When compressed air enters the middle chamber between the two pistons (C) of the cylinder from the air port (B), it separates the two pistons and moves them towards the two ends of the cylinder, forcing the springs at both ends to compress. The air in the air chambers at both ends is discharged through the air port (A), and at the same time, the racks of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees. After the compressed air passes through the solenoid valve, switch back. The two pistons of the cylinder move in the middle direction under the elastic force of the spring, and the air in the middle chamber is discharged from the air port (B). At the same time, the gears of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees. You can adjust the slight angle from both ends. Loosen the nut (E) and use an Allen wrench to turn the adjusting bolt (F) to adjust the desired angle and lock the nut (E).
