Product Introduction
The liquid is pumped by a high-pressure pump to the pressure nozzle and atomized into fine droplets. The hot air heated by the heat source enters the drying tower after being properly distributed by the air separator. Mist droplets and hot air are fully mixed in the drying tower, quickly undergo heat and mass exchange, and are dried into powder and granular products in a very short time. Products with larger particle sizes are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, while products with smaller particle sizes enter the cyclone dust collector with the hot air. The separated products are discharged through the discharge valve, and the tail gas containing a small amount of dust is discharged after dust removal by the water dust collector. According to different atomization pressures, it can be divided into high-pressure, medium pressure and low-pressure spray dryers, and according to different flow fields, it can be divided into concurrent flow, mixed flow and counter current spray dryers.
