Processing Materials
The GM series rolling bearing ball mill is widely used in the production industries of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics, for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.
Application scope
The rolling bearing ball mill adopts rolling bearings as the main transmission structure. The shaft is supported by double row self-aligning roller bearings at both ends for rotation. The diameter of the hollow shaft acts on the bearing, resulting in low friction. Lubrication and maintenance are convenient and have been widely used in various types of ball mills.
Advantages and characteristics

1. Retain the end cap structure of the old-fashioned ball mill, with large-diameter inlet and outlet ports and large processing capacity;
2. The GM series rolling bearing ball mill can be equipped with an integral frame, which has high installation accuracy, easy installation, and short cycle;
3. Using large straight light double row self-aligning roller bearings instead of the original tile type alloy sliding bearings reduces friction, energy consumption, and mill start-up time;
4. Water and electricity conservation, the physical basis of GM series rolling bearing ball mill is rolling friction, which has much smaller frictional force than sliding friction, and has a smaller starting current, which can save more than 10% of electricity. At the same time, rolling bearings also save a lot of water compared to sliding bearings.

The main components include the cylinder body, lining plate, compartment plate (only available for multi compartment mills), main bearings, feeding and discharging devices, and transmission system. Among them, the transmission components of the ball mill include V-belts, motors, reducers, and pulleys.
The main bearing of the GM series rolling bearing ball mill adopts sliding bearings. Our factory can carry out technical transformation of the main bearing part and replace sliding bearings with large rolling bearings, which has a significant energy-saving effect. The energy-saving of large mills can reach 10-15%, and that of small mills can reach 20-35%. The maintenance is simple, and the newly designed ball mill adopts a whole frame, which is easy to install, debug, transport and construct.
