1. The boiler air mechanism is single suction.

There are thirteen machine numbers: No. 4, No. 4.5, No. 5, No. 5.6, No. 6.3, No. 7.1, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10, No. 11.2, No. 12.5, No. 14, and No. 16.2. The boiler fan can be made in two forms: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation

Looking at the fan from the transmission section, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone, represented by the right, and vice versa, it is called a left cyclone, represented by the left.

3. The outlet position of the boiler fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. 1. Boiler fan impeller:The material is 16Mn, with long and short alternately curved blades in the forward direction, welded between the arc-shaped conical front plate and the flat plate rear plate. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes strict static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation test, so it runs smoothly and reliably.

2. Boiler fan casing:Weld steel plates into a snail shaped whole. There is a dust cleaning door on the snail plate, which facilitates the removal of dust accumulation inside the blades and casing. Ensure the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.

3. Boiler fan inlet:Create a convergent streamlined overall structure and fix it to one side of the fan with bolts.
