Introduction to G-type screw pump/stainless steel single rod sludge pump;
G-type screw pump/stainless steel single rod sludge pumpIt is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of rotary meshing displacement. The main working components of G-type screw pump are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator). The medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow rate is reduced while the volume remains unchanged. The pressure is stable, so there will be no product turbulence or agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa-1.2MPa, with a head of 60m-120m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is generally above 3m. Due to the selection of multiple elastic materials for the stator, G-type screw pumps have characteristics that general pump types cannot handle for conveying fluids with high viscosity up to 80% and conveying media containing hard suspended particles or fiber media.
G-type screw pump/stainless steel single rod sludge pumpComparison of advantages with other types of pumps;
- Compared with centrifugal pumps, screw pumps do not require the installation of valves and have a more stable flow rate;
- Compared to plunger pumpsG-type single screw pumpHas stronger self-priming ability;
- Compared to diaphragm pumpsSingle screw pumpIt can transport various mixed impurities containing gases and solid particles or fibers, as well as various corrosive substances;
- Compared to gear oil pumps,Screw pumpCan transport media with higher viscosity;
- Unlike plunger pumps, diaphragm pumps, and gear pumps, sludge screw pumps can be used for drug filling and metering.
G-type screw pump/stainless steel single rod sludge pumpHow to solve excessive water leakage;
G-type screw pump/stainless steel single rod sludge pumpWithThe sealing form commonly used in products such as single screw pumps is packing sealing. So, what are the reasons for excessive water leakage in single screw pumps during use? Firstly, it should be noted that the packing seal of a single screw pump is prone to water leakage. The packing seal can drip around ten to twenty drops of water within one minute, which is within the normal range. The reason for excessive water leakage in the newly installed single screw pump is due to loose screws on the packing gland. When encountering this problem, the only solution is to start the single screw pump and slowly adjust the packing gland bolts to the desired range.
Due to the tightness of the packing gland, it can cause the packing seal to heat up and burn out the packing, resulting in leakage of the packing seal. The solution to excessive leakage in this single screw pump is to remove the old packing and refill it with new packing. If there is still too much water leakage after replacing the new packing, it is likely due to incorrect selection of the packing model or insufficient compression. The reason for excessive water leakage in a single screw pump after long-term use is due to the wear of the packing seal. As long as the packing is replaced with a new one, it can be used as a substitute for a single screw pump. Alternatively, products such as pneumatic diaphragm pumps can be used to prevent water leakage.
