1、 Function Introduction

The fully automatic tensile specimen processing center is based on the CNC machining center, which changes the CNC system of the CNC machining center to a touch screen dedicated tensile specimen processing system, and adds multiple sets of hydraulic fixtures on the original basis, which can simultaneously process multiple sets of tensile specimens with different shapes. This equipment strictly follows the requirements of the national standard GB/T228.1-2010 "Metallic Materials Tensile Testing Room Temperature Test Method" to remove the work hardening zone. It is a specialized equipment for processing tensile specimens and has greatly simplified the program compared to general CNC machining centers, making it convenient for users to operate.

2、 Product Features

1. Simply determine the initial size and target size of the sample, and select the corresponding program device to achieve one click operation;

2. There are multiple built-in programs that can process proportional and non proportional specimens. The milling head radius of the machining center is consistent with the transition arc radius, ensuring that the tolerance of the parallel and circular arc parts of the specimen meets the standard;

3. During the milling process, there is liquid cooling, which does not cause new work hardening on the surface of the sample;

4. It can complete the full process of processing multiple sets of samples with different specifications, and can also automatically process the next set of samples after receiving a prompt to remove the sample;

5. The roughness Ra of the sample processing surface is ≤ 0.8.
