Detailed working process:
The operator places a batch of samples with barcodes into the sample box to start the equipment. When the system reads the barcode information, it automatically starts the fully automatic measurement program. Firstly, the robotic arm grabs the sample and places it on the measurement platform. The roughness meter's measuring mechanism automatically performs the measurement. After completing the first point of testing, the platform can automatically move to the second and third points for measurement. After completing the front measurement, the equipment will automatically flip the sample to perform the back measurement. After completing the measurement at the three points on the back, the equipment collects the sample in a sample box for storage. After completing the test, the equipment can upload the test data to the measurement system on the PC end. The measurement system can print, archive, and upload the data through TCP/IP message transmission, database upload, and other methods. Customized solutions can be provided for different users.
