Action instructions for fully automatic flexible sheet metal production line：

1. Place a stack of sheet metal on the raw material cart;

2. The raw material trolley stops moving to the material position on the board;

3. The feeding fixture mechanism moves horizontally to the upper feeding position, and the suction cup fixture moves downward to suck up a sheet from the raw material cart, shaking and splitting it. The feeding fixture mechanism rises to a fixed height and moves horizontally above the rolling worktable of the laser cutting machine, descending to the designated position. The suction cup fixture releases the sheet. After the sheet is released, the feeding fixture mechanism runs and returns to the initial position, repeating the feeding process;

4. Roll the workbench to deliver the board to the preset position for cutting;

5. After cutting is completed, the rolling worktable moves to the sorting area;

6. Manual sorting of finished products (can also be combined with robot automatic sorting);

7. The robot cooperates with the finished product bending to enter the next process.
