The Fulike 8T/H water softener is a fully automatic water softener with stable continuous water supply operation. 1、 Working principle:
The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations such as calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer inside the exchanger, calcium and magnesium ions in the water are adsorbed by the resin, while sodium ions are exchanged and released. The water flowing out of the exchanger in this way is softened water with removed hardness ions. When the resin adsorbing calcium and magnesium ions reaches a certain level, the hardness of the effluent increases. At this time, the water softener automatically regenerates the failed resin, using a higher concentration of sodium chloride solution to pass through the failed resin and restore it to sodium type resin. The system is an integrated device consisting of resin tanks, salt tanks, and controllers.
