The 4-8T/H water softener control valve of the Fulai 9500 central air conditioning circulating softened water processor can simultaneously control two resin tanks (one for use and one for backup, alternately regenerating) with a single valve, and can continuously supply softened water. Due to the use of softened water regeneration, the regeneration effect is good and suitable for various water use situations. For systems with large water consumption, multiple units can be operated in parallel.
Softener can be divided into regeneration start-up modes:
① Time type: Regeneration is initiated at fixed intervals of days, and can only be initiated once a day. The regeneration start time can be adjusted by the user as needed. Due to the fact that the regeneration program can only be automatically initiated once a day, the total resin exchange capacity in the resin tank must be greater than the requirement for processing one day's water consumption.
Time type regeneration controllers are generally used in situations where water consumption is small and stable, and the effluent quality requirements are not high. From the perspective of operational stability and economy, it is not recommended to use this regeneration start-up method for industrial boiler water softeners.
② Real time flow type: Based on the quality of raw water and the exchange capacity of the water softener, and considering a certain reserve, the amount of treated water for regeneration is set. When the water production of the water softener reaches the set value, the flow meter immediately starts the regeneration program. Because saturated salt solution is used during regeneration, it is generally believed that it takes about 6 hours for solid salt particles to dissolve into saturated salt solution (the dissolution rate of salt is also affected by temperature and salt purity). Therefore, the total exchange capacity of the water softener should at least meet the water demand for 6 hours of treatment. In fact, it is generally required that the total exchange capacity of the water softener should meet the water demand for 8-12 hours of treatment.
The flow instant regeneration controller is generally suitable for various operating conditions and is more salt and water efficient than the time type. This regeneration start-up method is mainly used for industrial boiler water softeners.
③ Flow delay type: Flow delay type is a combination of flow instant type and time type. When the water softener reaches the set flow rate, it does not immediately start the regeneration program, but needs to wait until the set regeneration time of the day before starting the regeneration program. It is strictly prohibited to use this regeneration start-up method for industrial boiler water softeners.
