Product Introduction
The release of formaldehyde is currently a widely concerned environmental issue worldwide. For example, the amount of formaldehyde released from interior decoration materials such as car rooms (coatings, wallpapers, artificial boards, carpets, curtains, plastic parts, etc.) is an important indicator for measuring product quality and directly related to human health and environmental pollution. The formaldehyde slow-release test chamber adopts the standard for detecting formaldehyde emissions from indoor decoration materials. Compressed air should be filtered, and the filtering device is usually activated carbon and activated aluminum impregnated with potassium permanganate.
The formaldehyde slow-release test chamber is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde emissions from various interior decoration materials such as fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, particleboard, recombinant decorative materials, veneer laminated materials, integrated materials, decorative artificial boards, wooden flooring, wooden wall panels, wooden doors and windows, artificial boards and their products, composite wooden flooring, carpets, carpet liners and carpet adhesives. It can also be used for the constant temperature and humidity balance treatment of wood or artificial boards, as well as for the detection of volatile harmful gases in other building materials. The feature of this product is that it can simulate indoor climate environment to a limited extent, and the detection results are more realistic and reliable.
To prevent air from entering the test chamber during air circulation, the laboratory should maintain a slight positive pressure. The airtightness should be checked regularly, which can be measured by pressure drop or comparing the gas flow rates at the inlet and outlet, or by measuring tracer gas dilution. The test chamber should have sufficient airtightness, meeting at least one of the following requirements: the leakage rate per minute at a pressure of 1000PA should be less than 1% of the volume of the test chamber.
