Force balanced accelerometer SA107AI accelerometer SA107AIHP product description:
The design output circuit configuration of the force balanced accelerometer SA107AI accelerometer SA107AIHP is used for 4-20 mA data transmission systems. The 4-20 mA system is widely used in industrial installations for long-distance data transmission in environments that may cause interference with nearby power lines. A single+15V power supply supplies power to sensors and 4-20mA line drivers. The SA-107AI model is a low-cost device, while the SA-107AIIP adopts Columbia's HP torque converter design, which can provide higher accuracy and repeatability in adverse impact environments. The models SA-107BI and SA-107BIHP have similar configurations, providing not only current output but also voltage output. If you need a customized version, please contact the manufacturer.
Force balanced accelerometer SA107AI - Working principle of accelerometer SA107AIHP:
The force balance accelerometer has a classical critical damping and second-order frequency response. There is no peak in the response, only a smooth roll off above the natural frequency. This feature, along with the excellent design of the "HP" torque generator, makes the Columbia accelerometer the best choice for high demand applications for precise DC and near DC measurements in harsh impact and broadband vibration environments. Columbia force balance accelerometers can be used for almost all applications. Low noise, high output components can be used for seismic structural motion research, while miniature, high range versions are more suitable for the more intense high-G environments encountered in many industrial, aircraft, and missile applications.
The Columbia force balanced linear accelerometer series offers low-cost, high-performance, universal single axis accelerometers that are ideal for DC and low-frequency measurements, and provide voltage and current signal outputs. In addition, solid-state sensors from Colombia and specialized onboard sensors are also available, with outputs specifically designed for+24 to+32VDC aircraft power supply, making them ideal for onboard telemetry applications. Columbia low-noise sensors are designed specifically for earthquake, low-level, and low-frequency motion research.
