VAL VAC PSR
VAL VAC PSR is a pulse medical version of stainless steel heat sealing machine. The sealing temperature, sealing time, sealing pressure, and cooling temperature can be set separately according to the material type and standard. The vacuum time and inflation time of the MV series can be independently adjusted. The VAL version is applicable for the sealing verification process of compliance.
There are two heated sealing rods on top and bottom, which are evenly heated to ensure accurate and consistent sealing. By using an electronic foot switch VAL driven by a cylinder, the upper sealing rod is pressed down to close, resulting in a perfect 8mm heat sealed result. The friendly control panel system makes it very easy and accurate for the machine to work and calibrate and verify.
Due to its impressive sealing quality, this machine is suitable for many different applications, larger volumes, and exquisite products.
Optional brackets and workstations can adapt to different products and production process requirements.
Standard configuration:
-The opening distance between the upper and lower sealing rods is 45 mm;
-The VAL VAC PSR/MVMED-2 series has 10 vacuum and inflation programs and 1 sealing program;
-The VAL VAC PSR/MVMED-2 series is suitable for modified atmosphere packaging, vacuum generator, and can set the number of pumping and inflation cycles, 0-2 times;
-Vacuum pumping is controlled by time and can be set within 0.1-120 seconds;
-Inflation (air conditioning) is controlled by time and can be set within 0.1-120 seconds;
-Verify the heat sealing temperature, which can be set between 60-200 ℃;
-Verify the heat sealing time, 0.8-10 seconds;
-Verify cooling temperature, adjustable within 60-150 seconds;
