XBD-ISG foam fire pump is divided into single suction single stage and single suction multi-stage segmented type, which is used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, it can also be applied to water supply and drainage in factories and mines.

1. The foam fire pump is compact in structure, small in volume and beautiful in appearance. Its vertical structure determines that the installation area is small, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thus enhancing the operation stability and service life of the pump.
2. The pump inlet and outlet are both horizontally oriented, simplifying the connection of the pipeline.
3. Multi level can be installed as needed, with the suction and discharge ports installed in the same direction or 90 degrees 180 270. Several different directions to meet different connection scenarios.
4. The pump pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages and cutting the outer diameter of the impeller as needed, without changing the installation footprint, which is not available in other types of pumps.
5. The pump rotor has a small degree of winding, smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.

Structural characteristics of foam fire pump:
XBD-ISG foam fire pump is composed of motor and pump. The pump and motor are coaxial. The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making loading and unloading extremely convenient and occupying a small area. The pump is equipped with an installation base for easy installation and increased stability of pump operation. The pump seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by setting a balance ring on the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are set at 1.6MPa, and the pipeline matching is convenient.
The XBD-ISG (ISW) single suction multi-stage segmented fire pump consists of a motor and a pump. The motor is a Y-shaped three-phase asynchronous motor, and the pump and motor are connected by a coupling. The overall connection is rigid and does not require calibration during use. The pump consists of a stator part and a rotor part. The stator part of the pump consists of components such as the inlet section, middle section, guide vanes, outlet section, and packing box. To prevent stator wear, the stator is equipped with sealing rings, balance sleeves, etc., which can be replaced with spare parts after wear. The rotor part consists of a shaft, a middle wheel, a balance drum, etc. The lower end of the rotor is a water lubricated bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ball bearing. The axial force of the pump is mostly borne by the balance drum, and the remaining small residual axial downward force is borne by the angular contact ball bearing. The joint surfaces of the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section are sealed with paper pads that are tightened, and users can choose according to their needs.
