Debugging Method for 400X Flow Control Valve
1. Normally, the pressure of the product when it leaves the factory is P1=0.6MPa P2=0.3MPa, The needle valve is in a 2-turn opening state.
2. The valve does not require static debugging (the pressure behind the valve is 0.05MPa higher in static state than in dynamic state).
Dynamic debugging
1. Open the needle valve twice.
2. Unscrew the anti loosening nut, open the adjustable pressure reducing valve, loosen the adjustable bolt counterclockwise, and fully open the ball valve.
3. Open the elastic seat sealed gate valve after opening the valve, and open the elastic seat sealed gate valve before opening the valve.
4. If there is a "hunting vibration" phenomenon during the initial operation (i.e. the valve disc moves up and down too frequently), the needle valve opening should be slightly closed in the direction of the needle to reduce the closing speed of the shut-off port and eliminate the "hunting vibration" phenomenon. Adjust to run smoothly.
5. Adjust the adjustable pressure reducing valve adjusting bolt clockwise until the pressure behind the valve reaches the required value. If the pressure after adjusting to the valve is greater than the required value, the adjustable nut must be loosened a certain number of turns and then readjusted.
6. Tighten and loosen the nut.
