The glass industry is a major energy consumer, and China's existing float glass technology level has been in line with international standards. The float glass furnace flue gas waste heat power generation system can further increase the utilization of waste heat to over 70%, and can fully recover the high-temperature flue gas waste heat resources of the glass furnace. This system generates superheated steam by setting up an efficient vertical water pipe waste heat power generation boiler, reducing the flue gas emission temperature to around 180 ℃. The superheated steam is then fed into a steam turbine generator for power generation, generating convenient and flexible electrical energy, expanding the utilization of flue gas waste heat. At the same time, some low-pressure steam can be extracted from the low-pressure section of the steam turbine for heating heavy oil fuel, meeting the heat demand of glass production process.
