The finned tube hot air stove is a new energy-saving hot air stove developed by our company after several years of research and development. Main features of finned tube hot air stove:

The heat exchange area is large, and the heat transfer area after adding fins is 2-3 times that of ordinary hot air stoves. The thermal conductivity is good, and the generated hot air temperature is high, up to 300 ℃ or above, which can adapt to the drying of various products. Each finned tube works independently and can be replaced separately. The investment cost of the finned tube hot air stove system is low, the auxiliary equipment is saved, and the reliability is high. The flue gas and hot air go their own way, and the output is pure hot air, which is the ideal product preferred by customers.


The working principle of the equipment:
Pure hot air is generated by the hot air stove, with a maximum temperature of 180 ℃. The metal pipeline enters the space to be heated directly through the hot air stove outlet (the rear part can be ventilated with canvas bags). The inlet pipeline has a 120 ° angle diffuser, and the air volume and temperature of the space can be adjusted reasonably (if local high temperature is required, valves can be added for adjustment). The main fan at the top of the hot air stove recovers and circulates the chimney waste heat and the air in the required heating space. Reasonably adjust the oxygen intake of the hot blast stove, control the flame size, and control the outlet air temperature of the combustion supporting device; For external automatic humidification devices that require humidification.

2. Coal selection: In order to improve the efficiency of coal combustion, it is necessary to choose suitable coal. After calculation, we found that coal with a particle size of 50-60mm burns best in a coal-fired hot blast stove. For common fixed grate hot blast stoves, various types of bituminous coal, anthracite coal, and lignite are available.

Regarding the treatment of flue gas:

Generally, Yidu recommends the wet desulfurization method, which is also the mainstream method in the industry. In addition, for the flue gas dust removal method, we use a water film dust collector.
