Working principle
Constant pressure/water replenishment:Monitor the pressure of the circulation system through the control system and drive the water replenishment and deaeration pump to keep the pressure constant within the set range; When no degassing is required, close the solenoid valve to maintain the pressure of the circulation system; When the control system detects that the pressure of the circulation system is lower than the set water replenishment value, the water replenishment solenoid valve is opened for water replenishment; The supplementary water enters the atmospheric expansion degassing tank for pressure reduction and degassing, and then enters the circulation system. The water replenishment pump here also serves as a degassing pump and plays a role in constant pressure control.
working principle
Absorption of thermal expansion water (safety): When the circulation system expands in volume due to temperature rise, the water in the system enters the atmospheric expansion degassing tank through the expansion valve; When the pressure of the circulation system exceeds the safe set value, the safety valve or solenoid valve will automatically open to release water and reduce pressure. Due to the limited diameter of safety valves or solenoid valves, pressure sensitive systems should be equipped with additional safety valves or pressure relief valves with sufficient pressure relief capacity to ensure system safety.
Degassing: High pressure circulating water enters the atmospheric expansion deaeration tank through an expansion valve for pressure reduction. The gas and water are separated, and the precipitated gas is discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust valve. The deaerated water is then pumped into the circulation system.
The degassing working mode can be set as follows:
Continuous degassing: During the initial operation of the system, in order to quickly eliminate a large amount of gas, continuous degassing can be chosen.
Intermittent degassing: After the system has been running for a period of time, in order to save energy, degassing can be carried out according to the set cycle.
