FYWZ platinum thermistor two-wire temperature transmitter is a two-wire temperature transmitter based on Pt100 temperature sensing element developed by Feiyan. Its working principle is to use a temperature sensing element as one arm of a Wheatstone bridge to form an unbalanced bridge. The voltage output of the bridge is proportional to the measured temperature, and the voltage signal is conditioned and amplified by an external ASIC (Instrument Specific Integrated Circuit) to convert it into a 4-20mA DC standard signal. It adopts a two-wire current transmission method, where the signal line and power line share the same pair of wires. The characteristic of using current signals is that they are not easily interfered with, and the internal resistance of the current source is infinite. The wire resistance connected in series in the circuit does not affect the accuracy. It can transmit hundreds of meters on ordinary twisted pair cables.
The FYWZ platinum thermistor two-wire temperature transmitter adopts silicone sealing, which is anti vibration and corrosion-resistant. It can form an integrated structure when installed in the junction box of the thermistor and can work in harsh environments for a long time. The internationally renowned electronic components, high-precision testing equipment, and strict quality assurance system ensure that this series of products have the advantages of high precision, stable and reliable operation, small size, and easy installation. It is widely used in the field of industrial production process control.
