This machine can perform stem removal and crushing treatment on grapes, as well as meet the needs of direct crushing without stem removal or only removing stems without crushing. The machine adopts gentle processing technology to effectively reduce the grape crushing rate before stem removal, thereby reducing the loss of high-quality juice.
The speed of the stem removal shaft of this machine can be infinitely adjusted, which can meet the stem removal speed of grapes. At the same time, it adopts a separate screw conveying pump, which is very convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
structural form
This machine is a horizontally enclosed structure, consisting of five parts: feeding, stem removal, crushing, slurry conveying, and control. Adopting spiral feeding, gentle treatment of stem blades and grid tubes in the same direction but different speeds, and crushing of food grade rubber rollers, all except for power and electrical components are made of stainless steel.
