1、 Product Overview:

The FS type horizontal fiberglass centrifugal pump has advanced and reasonable structural design, high standardization, universal parts, strong interchangeability, and easy disassembly and maintenance. The components that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic fiberglass parts at high temperatures. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion prevention, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.

2、 Product Material:

FS type fiberglass acid resistant centrifugal pump shaft seal: adopts WB2 external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, which is reliable in sealing and has a long service life.
FS type fiberglass acid resistant centrifugal pump drive: The pump is driven directly by an electric motor through a claw type elastic coupling.

3、 Product Usage:

FS type horizontal fiberglass centrifugal pump is mainly used in industries such as petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, fertilizers, etc. It is an ideal equipment for conveying various non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not higher than 100 ℃.
