Product features:
(1) The tensile strength of high-strength extruded profiles is 150-300 MPa, and the bending strength reaches 200-300 MPa. After 1000 hours of artificial accelerated aging, the retention rate of bending strength can reach 78%.
(2) After 1000 hours of artificial accelerated aging, the length change of low deformation fiberglass extruded profiles is+0.03%, and the width change rate is -0.07%. Therefore, the geometric shape and size of products made from this extruded profile can maintain long-term stability.
(3) The hot deformation temperature of high tensile extruded profiles is 186 ℃, which does not soften at high temperatures and remains brittle at -60 ℃, ensuring normal use at various environmental temperatures.
(4) The water absorption rate of ordinary fiberglass products is less than 0.5%, while the water absorption rate of extruded profiles is only 0.257%, which is suitable for use in humid environments.
(5) The heat transfer coefficient of extruded profiles with low insulation coefficient is close to that of hard PVC. The insulation coefficient of single frame double glass insulation windows made with it is only 2.69W/(m2? K), while the insulation coefficient of windows made of steel and aluminum of the same type is as high as 4.0W/(m2? K), indicating that the energy-saving performance of fiberglass doors and windows is very obvious.
(6) The highly corrosion-resistant extruded profiles were soaked in a 3% HCl aqueous solution for 24 hours, and their hardness retention rate was 95%; After soaking in a 3% NaCl aqueous solution for 24 hours, the hardness retention rate was 89%.
