Precautions |
This product is alkaline and suitable for laboratory glass, ceramics, and stainless steel. Not suitable for cleaning aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals, latex, polycarbonate products. Usage:
●Dilute this product10 times is used to soak various glassware. After soaking for 2-5 hours, it can be directly cleaned. For particularly stubborn residues, the dilution ratio can be appropriately reduced.
●For stubborn stainsSoak in cleaning solution for 2-24 hours, depending on the hardness and degree of immersion.
●Heating soaking solution(40-50 ℃) or using ultrasonic cleaning can greatly shorten the cleaning time
●It is recommended to rinse the soaked vessels repeatedly with running tap waterRinse at least 5 times with deionized water or distilled water for at least 3 times.
●Using a glassware cleaning machine to clean soaked glassware can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency, resulting in better results.
●The soaking solution can be reused. After the failure of the foaming solutionAdd an appropriate amount of organic acid for neutralization before discharge.
●Please use covered high-density polyethylene plastic or stainless steel containers for soaking.
●After removing the cleaning material from the solutionIt should be thoroughly rinsed immediately. Do not let the cleaning material sit for too long before rinsing.
