The FKGA23-WS2200 specialized transformer acquisition terminal is a new generation of customer power management terminal specially designed based on an embedded software and hardware development platform, which meets the requirements of modern power demand side management and combines years of design, development, and on-site operation experience in the power industry. Adopting the most advanced technologies such as microelectronics, computer chip technology, and modern communication technology, it supports public wireless communication network technologies such as GPRS/GSM/CDMA. By being used in conjunction with the power load management master station system, it can achieve functions such as automatic meter reading, load monitoring and control for power users, prepaid management, power quality management, electricity theft prevention, and abnormal alarms. It is widely applicable to on-site electricity services and power load management systems, and is a terminal product with high practical value in power marketing automation systems. Its performance indicators comply with technical standards such as Q/GDW1376.1-2013, Q/GDW1375.1-2013, and Q/GDW1374.1-2013.
The terminal consists of a CPU module, a main control module, a LCD display module, a backup module, a GPRS module, a lithium battery, a power supply, and an interface module. The main control module is the core of the terminal, which controls all circuit coordination work and performs data acquisition, calculation, and control work under the control of the main station.
1. Communication sampling, the terminal is equipped with a high-precision energy metering chip, which can accurately measure the active and reactive energy of the terminal itself and reflect various instantaneous data locally in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Automatic meter reading, the terminal provides 2 RS485 interfaces, one for meter reading and one for cascading
3. Pulse acquisition, the terminal provides 2-6 remote signaling/pulse input interfaces (optional, configurable), which can achieve the acquisition of pulse data with different pulse widths.
4. Load monitoring and control, real-time monitoring of user voltage, current, and phase information, supporting local power and electricity control, and remote direct control
5. The terminal can actively report abnormal events such as the opening of the metering box, voltage, current, and parameter changes.
(6) Data storage, the terminal has a 64 MB large capacity memory FLASH, which freezes data and saves it on time, reducing the number of FLASH writes. After a power outage, all data except real-time data is automatically saved for a period of more than 10 years.
(7) Communication function, supports wireless GPRS/CDMA communication, UDP and TCP data communication, no need for networking, always online, and has a local maintenance interface
(8) Equipped with power quality monitoring, proactive task reporting, parameter setting and querying, and time synchronization functions
(9) Equipped with remote upgrade function, it can be modularized for segmented upgrading and leak point supplementation. After upgrading, the program can self diagnose and switch back to the original program for operation.
(10) The cost control function sends control commands to the terminal through the main station, and the terminal encrypts and decrypts data to achieve control setting parameters.
(11) The terminal has a hardware security module recognized by the National Cryptography Administration to implement data encryption and decryption functions. The hardware security module supports both symmetric key algorithms and asymmetric key algorithms. The key algorithm complies with relevant national password management policies, and it is recommended to use the SM1 algorithm for symmetric key algorithms.
