FFU Integrated Control System

FFU as a purification device. Currently widely used in various clean engineering projects. The FFU centralized control system connects dozens, hundreds, and even thousands of FFUs through the FFU monitoring host for monitoring, and can be uploaded to a computer for easy implementation of functions such as fan partition start stop, fault alarm, and historical recording. When the computer is turned off, the monitoring host can independently perform 24-hour monitoring.

The control system can also achieve the following functions:

1. Can easily achieve partition control for hundreds or even thousands of FFUs;

2. Capable of implementing start stop and speed regulation functions for each FFU;

3. Capable of monitoring the operating current of any FFU;

4. When there is a fault FFU alarm, it can display the fault FFU in real time;

5. It can indicate and alarm for excessive or insufficient air pressure and fan failure of a certain FFU in the entire clean room;

6. Overload protection function: automatic remote alarm when overload occurs;

7. Add switch control for UV lamps and lighting fixtures.
