System characteristics:
ANUC Robot R-0iB is a low-cost arc welding robot specifically designed for arc welding applications. On the basis of the original robot, further lightweighting and compactness of the robot arm have been achieved.
This robot has the characteristics of slim arms, small installation space, and light body weight (less than 100kg), making it most suitable for arc welding operations that require fine movements.
While maintaining high reliability of the robot, the ease of maintenance of the robot cable has been improved, making it more secure to use.
By using the latest servo technology of the high-performance R-30iB Mate control device, high-speed and high-precision movements have been achieved, reducing manual operations in welding operations and improving efficiency, achieving excellent cost-effectiveness.
We have extensively utilized the latest specialized software for arc welding robots, achieving high-quality welding. 4D graphics can also be used to make teaching simpler.
By combining with the latest robot specific welding power supply, the best welding method can be selected from low splash welding of thin plate soft steel, high-quality pulse welding, and other methods.
