Overview:
The OW-1000F F0 value sterilization control recorder achieves high clarity, high precision, high reliability, multifunctionality, and ease of operation through its unique thermal printing recording method and advanced microprocessor control technology. It can display the measured signal digitally and perform trend and digital recording functions. It can simultaneously record the scale value, time, and curve of each signal on a 100mm wide paper grid printed by itself, and print the channel number next to the trajectory of each channel. The measurement signal type, decimal point position, display range, recording boundary, alarm value, hysteresis, system error correction, recording ruler, data printing interval, paper feed speed, printing depth and time parameters can be set through the keyboard, and the set parameters can be protected for continuous recording and digital printing.
The OW-1000F F0 value sterilization control recorder is an ideal matching instrument for disinfection and sterilization equipment in pharmaceutical factories, biological product factories, and medical units. It can not only record the temperature curve during the sterilization process, but also control the sterilization process, display and record temperature values and F0 values in real time.
Parameters:
Input channels: single point, double point, three-point, four point, five point, six point, eight point. The first channel thermal resistor PT100 can be set by other users themselves or specified when placing an order. [Set by the manufacturer for the user]
Channel isolation: Input channels are isolated from each other without interference.
Display function: fixed-point or cyclic display of measured values, display of set parameters [in set state] alarm prompt and indicator light, time display [when all input signals are turned off].
Recording function: Adopting an imported fixed thermal head, there is no ink consumption, no pen position error, anti vibration, with 800 thermal printing points within a range of 100mm. The scale value, current time, and paper feed speed are printed every 100mm. Set the current date and time through the keyboard, even if power is lost, it does not affect normal timing.
Curve migration function: By setting the recording boundary, the trend recording curves of different channels can be separated. Voltage and current input signals can be displayed and recorded on a linear scale by setting the display range. The display range of thermocouple and thermistor signals is their measurement range. Input various thermocouple, thermistor, standard voltage and current signals, which can be set and selected by the keyboard.
Paper feed speed: can be set freely through the keyboard, ranging from 10 mm/h to 1990 mm/h.
Alarm function: Provides six sets of relay contact outputs, which can be combined by users at will. Each channel alarm can select upper limit, lower limit, difference upper limit, and difference lower limit. The alarm hysteresis of each channel can be set, and there is an indicator light to prompt when the relay is activated. Relay contact capacity: 24VDC, 3A; 220VAC, 3A
