Explosion proof principle:

Adopt explosion-proof measures by isolating the ignition source with a medium. Namely: Install the electrical components used by the user in a cabinet filled with positive pressure clean gas, so that the flammable and explosive mixed gases in the external environment cannot come into contact with the electric sparks or dangerous temperatures generated by the electrical components during normal operation, thereby achieving the purpose of electrical explosion prevention.

6. The user must provide a gas source, which requires purified air or nitrogen, with a gas source pressure of 0.2-0.8Mpa; Usually, the instrument air at the user's site can meet the requirements.

7. Steel plates are generally made of GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plates, or GB3280-84 stainless steel materials can be selected according to user requirements.
