The explosion-proof performance of the whole machine has passed the explosion-proof inspection of the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Testing Center.

Key Features:

1. The simple structure of the fan, which adopts a direct connection between the electric motor and the impeller, has changed the current coal mine's extraction type axial flow ventilation and the complex structure of using belt drive or long shaft drive, which is conducive to operation and maintenance.

2. The fan is equipped with a fully enclosed and pressure resistant heat dissipation cover and pressure balance pipe outside the motor, ensuring that the motor operates in gas free air at all times, meeting the requirements of relevant explosion-proof regulations for coal mines.

3. This series of fans adopts a single-stage working wheel structure, and a rear guide vane is installed between the fan and the diffuser to improve static pressure efficiency.

4. The fan can reverse the reverse air flow, with a reverse air volume of up to 65% to 85% of the positive air volume. There is no need to set up a separate reverse air duct, which has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast reverse air speed.

5. The installation angle of the impeller blades can be adjusted according to production requirements. The fan adopts a special design, with no hump in the performance curve, and can operate stably under any network resistance.
