Product details

The PowerLab system is widely used in the field of data acquisition and analysis for ex vivo tissue experiments. These ex vivo tissues include: ex vivo muscles, arterial vascular rings (strips), uterine tissue, vas deferens, ileum, colon, ventricular muscle or diaphragm.

The ex vivo tissue perfusion system consists of PowerLab 30 series data acquisition and analysis system, bridge amplifier, tension sensor, ex vivo tissue perfusion device, and Chart professional software. Multiple stimulators, stimulation electrodes, displacement sensors, and tissue hooks can also be optionally selected.

There are currently three types of ex vivo tissue perfusion devices: two chamber, four chamber, and eight chamber. Each tissue perfusion device consists of components such as a tissue chamber, preheating coil, gas diffuser, tissue fixator, micro manipulator, water pump, and temperature controller.

The organizational chamber has four optional volumes (5, 10, 25, or 50ml), and is designed to be placed in the same temperature controlled water bath made of Perspex organic glass as the preheating coil, ensuring a constant temperature in the chamber.

The organizational perfusion device has the design characteristics of being sturdy, compact, integrated, and reducing mechanical vibration interference. Each organizational chamber has an independently adjustable gas diffuser. One click electronic valves can simultaneously or separately empty or refill the liquid in the tissue chamber.

The Dose Response module included in the Chart Professional version software can automatically analyze the ex vivo tissue experimental data recorded by Chart and draw relevant charts in online or offline states.
