European style crane
1 Overview
The European bridge crane has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, and low energy consumption. A small car and lifting mechanism are installed on the bridge, and the small car can run forward and backward, while the large car can run and other mechanisms are used to transport materials and objects in three-dimensional space. The European crane adopts a unique design concept and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and small wheel pressure. Compared with traditional cranes, the maximum distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the clearance height is the lowest. The Keli crane can operate closer to the front and has a higher lifting height, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing factory building. Due to the lightweight and low wheel pressure characteristics of cranes, the new factory space can be designed to be smaller and more fully functional. A smaller factory building means significant savings in initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning, and other maintenance costs.
2 Structural Features
Main beam section
1. The main beam adopts optimized design, with light weight and reasonable structure;
2. The main beam is a box girder or H-beam structure, welded from steel plates;
3. The steel plate material is domestic steel (Q235B);
4. The vertical curvature is in accordance with Chinese national standards;
5. All steel plates undergo shot blasting pretreatment to achieve Sa2.5 level standardization
6. Carefully inspect and clean the steel plate before welding, usually using an automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding) for welding;
7. All main welds undergo non-destructive testing;
End beam section
1. The material of the end beam is 6Mn domestic steel material;
2. The end beam is formed by welding rectangular steel pipes or steel plates, and the formed end beam is positioned and processed once by a CNC machine to achieve the allowable deviation range, ensuring national dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance;
3. Each end beam is equipped with wheels with double rims, buffers, and anti derailment protection devices;
4. A maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) is arranged on the driving side of the double girder crane along the main beam direction;
5. The main beam and end beam are connected by high-strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the whole machine;
