The high shear emulsification reaction kettle, also known as the homogeneous emulsification kettle, is used in industries such as paint, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and chemical engineering for particle refinement experiments, emulsion stability experiments or production of products such as emulsions, syrups, and oral liquids. It is an ideal equipment for medical laboratories, biological research, health and epidemic prevention, cosmetics, chemical industry, and coating industry experiments in various colleges and universities. The emulsification reaction kettle can reach 50-5000 liters.
The specific technical indicators of the emulsification reactor are as follows:
1. Working principle of high shear emulsification kettle: Driven by an electric motor, the high-speed rotating rotor sucks the material from the container into the rotor area, subjecting the material to strong mixing. The material is forced to be thrown out of the stator hole after passing through the precision fit between the stator and rotor gap. Under intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, the particles are torn and crushed. At the same time, new material is sucked into the center of the rotor, and the material pushed out changes direction on the container wall, completing a cycle.
2. The working principle of a homogeneous emulsion reactor is to inject a constant temperature (high or low temperature) heating or cooling liquid through a double-layer reactor interlayer, and to heat or cool the materials inside the reactor at a constant temperature. The material undergoes a reaction in the reaction kettle, stirred by a high-speed stirrer, and homogenized and sheared by a speed controlled DC high-speed high shear dispersing emulsifier. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle. The material outlet is equipped with a flange and a PTFE valve, and there are no dead corners inside the container. It can be disassembled for easy discharge of solid materials, and the operation is extremely convenient. Help you easily complete high-quality dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization experiments.
