1、 Overview of ZDRV Electric V-Ball Valve
ZDRV electric V-shaped ball valve is a rotary regulating ball valve, which is the execution unit in the electric unit combination instrument. The ZDRV type is electric mechanical (without servo amplifier inside), and requires servo amplifier and electric operator to achieve proportional adjustment; The actuator of the ZDRV electronic V-shaped regulating ball valve contains a servo mechanism. The input signal (DC4-20mA or 15V) and power supply (220V, 50HZ) can be adjusted.
There are two types of valve structures: the installation of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal valve seat and the all metal hard seal valve seat partially welded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2 (Ti) Stellite alloy. Suitable for both room temperature (-40~200 ℃) and high temperature (-60~450 ℃) applications.
The electric V-shaped ball valve has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, high thrust, good sealing performance, high rated flow coefficient, and strong interchangeability of parts. Due to the "shearing" effect when the valve core and seat are closed, it is particularly suitable for working conditions where the medium contains fibers, particles, slurry, etc. Widely used in gas, steam, and liquid transportation pipelines in production sectors such as papermaking, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, textile, and wastewater treatment to regulate medium flow rate, pressure, liquid level, and temperature, in order to achieve automated control of production processes according to certain specifications.
