The Technical Support Service Center and related technical support service personnel jointly provide 24-hour telephone technical consultation services 7 days a week. Ensure to respond to user requests within 4 hours after a malfunction occurs and conduct preliminary diagnosis of the problem. After preliminary assessment, if it is necessary to go to the user's site to solve the problem, the contractor shall bear the cost and arrive within 24 hours. Generally, faults can be repaired within 24 hours. Serious malfunctions will be repaired within 48 hours. When encountering major technical issues, the contractor should promptly organize relevant technical experts for consultation and take corresponding measures to ensure normal operation.
2.2Technical service quality assurance measures
For the convenience of user maintenance, contractors must provide comprehensive and accurate technical documentation. Technical documents include: specific operating steps and methods for equipment installation and parameter configuration, technical data for completion acceptance, and maintenance instructions.
On site training should enable user technicians to master the relevant technical knowledge and operational skills required for operation, maintenance, and use.
After the contractor's testing work is passed and there are no outstanding issues, the trial operation work will begin.
2.3Maintenance fee standard
During the warranty period, the warranty cost shall be borne by the responsible party for causing quality defects or damages. If there is a malfunction due to our equipment, we will investigate the cause of the malfunction and repair it until it meets the final acceptance criteria and performance requirements, or replace defective materials, all of which are free of charge. After the warranty period expires, our project technicians promise to provide on-site support and services within 24 hours upon receiving a written repair notice, and only charge product cost and labor service fees.
3. training plan
