Electromagnetic valve diaphragm, also known as pulse valve diaphragm, is one of the accessories for the normal operation of the valve body in the spray air path "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning system.

Based on previous experience in the production of solenoid valve membranes, and by absorbing and summarizing the advantages of similar product materials and production processes, an improved solenoid valve membrane and pulse valve membrane have been newly developed. This electromagnetic pulse valve membrane is made of rubber plates suitable for the production of electromagnetic pulse valve membranes, and has strong oil, acid, and alkali resistance characteristics, which can easily ensure complete synchronization with other control components and control the injection of pulse compressed air. Even in harsh working environments, it can ensure its normal operation and long service life. At an ambient temperature of -20-80 ℃ and a working pressure difference of 0.8MPa, the membrane has a working life of not less than 1 million cycles.

The working temperature and pressure range of the membrane itself depend on the type of adhesive, fabric, and structure. The membrane can work under conditions of -50~100 degrees Celsius and 0.4~0.8MPa; Fluororubber and silicone rubber membranes can work at -80~232 degrees Celsius. Chlorohydrin rubber diaphragm can work under a pressure of 0.4~0.8MPa, with good air tightness, aging resistance, and a lifespan equivalent to that of engine overhaul.
