Working principle

The impedance of the electrode immersed in furnace water to the cylinder decreases, while the impedance of the electrode placed in steam to the cylinder increases. By utilizing this feature, non electric water levels can be converted into electricity and sent to intelligent secondary instruments, thereby achieving functions such as water level display, alarm, protection, and interlocking. By using microcontroller control and hardware watchdog, the instrument can automatically reset when the microcontroller program runs away, ensuring a safer and more reliable working state. At the same time, a dual color composite light column of steam red and water green with thermal habits is used to display the liquid levels of steam and water in a realistic and intuitive manner.

1. Using a red and white dual color composite light column to display the water level, and a red digital tube to display the water level coordinate value, solves the problem of eye fatigue for operators monitoring the operating status, and has a visual effect that is intuitive and clear.

2. It has functions such as internal alarm (sound and light prompts), external alarm (relay output), silencing, self checking, and filtering. Compared with old-fashioned secondary instruments, it has simpler and more intuitive operation, and can set alarm values at multiple points at once.

3. Taking advantage of the high input impedance of CMOS, the signal input circuit only has a weak current passing through the electrode, which can minimize the chemical corrosion of the electrode. Therefore, this secondary instrument can significantly extend the service life of the electrode.

4. Through fuzzy control, the electrode's electrical and water resistance thresholds are automatically adjusted according to different water quality to meet different application requirements.
