1Product Introduction:
The leakage trace testing machine is used for electrical products under the influence of humid and impurity environments. Different polarities of live parts or live parts and grounded metal parts may cause insulation leakage, resulting in electric arcs that can cause breakdown, short circuits, material corrosion due to discharge, and even ignite fires. This test instrument is a destructive test conducted on insulation materials to simulate the above situation, used to test and evaluate the relative resistance of insulators to leakage and trace under the action of electric field and impurity water at a specified voltage. Electrical load: The test voltage can be adjusted between 100~600V, and when the short-circuit current is 1A ± 0.1A, the voltage drop should not exceed 10%. When the short-circuit leakage current in the test circuit is equal to or greater than 0.5A, the time should be maintained for 2 seconds, and the relay will act to cut off the current, indicating that the test sample is not qualified.

Dropping device: Dropping height adjustable from 30mm to 40mm, droplet size 44 to 50 drops/cm3, droplet time interval 30 ± 1 second
