Introduction to BHYW-8 New Rotary Packaging Machine
The BHYW-8 new rotary packaging machine developed by our factory has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign users for its precise measurement, standardized output, and low failure rate. The first one was exported to Vietnam by Guangxi Xinyuan Import and Export Co., Ltd. and received praise from users. The company purchased a second one.
Although this product has replaced imported products in China, there are still many problems such as unstable measurement, serious bag swelling, low output, and high failure rate, which have not been solved for many years.
Since the establishment of our factory, we have first upgraded our packaging machines three times, solving the problems of inaccurate measurement, low output, and high failure rate that have plagued cement enterprises for more than a decade. We have achieved customer satisfaction and our products have been sold well in 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, enabling our factory to develop rapidly and grow rapidly. After gaining strength, Director Gao set his sights on the technological update of rotary packaging machines. After repeated on-site inspections and listening to a large number of suggestions from experts in cement enterprises, we carefully analyzed and summarized the main reasons for many problems: insufficient ash discharge (only hovering around 70-90T/h for 8 nozzles, which has not been resolved). To solve this critical problem, hundreds of thousands of yuan were invested in repeated experiments. Because during the filling process of the rotary packaging machine, the bags should be filled after one week of rotation. Due to insufficient ash discharge, the bags are not filled after one week of rotation, and when they are refilled in the second week, a lot of them will be flushed out, causing the bags to swell and adding several kilograms. The benefits of bag loss in a large cement plant are astonishing. In order to prevent bag swelling, the only solution is to reduce the rotational speed, decrease the output, and extend the filling time. This has caused significant trouble and losses to cement companies. For example, if two packaging machines are required to design according to the standard output, but the production line cannot reach the design output after it is put into operation, installing one more machine not only increases equipment investment, but also poses a challenge to the process layout! Where to install it? And the infrastructure investment is even larger! Many cement plants have no choice but to add fixed packaging machines to solve their urgent needs.
