Product Description:

The dynamic desalination and dehydration device simulates the industrial site of electric desalination (dehydration) in the laboratory, quickly finds the process parameters suitable for different crude oils, selects the type and dosage of demulsifier, and objectively evaluates the effect of electric desalination and dehydration under different process conditions. It is an ideal experimental device for scientific research departments and also an ideal pre production experimental device for the petroleum processing industry.

Performance characteristics:

1. The oil-water mixing unit adopts a shearing method with adjustable strength, and the crude oil is fully mixed and emulsified with the added water and demulsifier.

2. Online sampling can be used to observe and analyze the mixing effect and primary and secondary desalination effects.

3. The device can preprocess crude oil of different properties through two-stage electric desalination, with a salt content of no more than 3mgNaCl/L, a water content of no more than 0.3%, and a calcium content of no more than 40ppm (excluding non device factors).

4. Online corrosion testing can be conducted.

5. By using a closed-loop crude oil control system, the flow rate of crude oil is automatically adjusted based on changes in system pressure to ensure stable pressure throughout the entire system. The device automatically protects and emits sound and light alarms when the temperature, pressure, and electric field exceed the predetermined values.

6. Equipped with overcurrent protection function, the load can self protect in case of short circuit, and can immediately restore the output of high-voltage electric field after the situation changes, greatly improving the reliability of the entire system.

7. The system is a two-stage electric desalination process, and the device operation has dual functions of manual and automatic control, with computer automation control or direct operation control from the instrument panel.

8. The tank body and internal components are made of 316 stainless steel, while the pump body flow passage, oil-water mixing unit flow passage, system pipelines, valves, etc. are made of 18-8 stainless steel. The key materials in the device, such as pump equipment, control instruments, various valves, clamps, etc., are imported products.
