(1).Ensure the use of clean compressed air and water:

The air must be clean, free from oil, water, and dust, so there must be an air filter at the output air source end of the air compressor. Water should be as pure as possible, so there must be a pre filter at the input source of the waterway. When using water with high hardness such as well water, it is recommended to use a water softening treatment device or a water purification treatment device to optimize the water quality.

(2).Check the sealing of the connections between the air and water pipes to ensure that there is no air or water leakage.

(3).At the beginning of debugging, the solenoid valve in the temperature and humidity controller was closed, so it is necessary to set the preset temperature and humidity values of the controller to be lower than the actual temperature and humidity values in order for the controller to open the solenoid valve.

(4).Ensure sufficient air and liquid supply:

Start the air compressor first, and when its gas supply is stable, turn on the main switches of the air and water circuits.

(5).Open the air and water ball valves of all Wujiabao kits. Check if the pressure gauge pressure is3bar.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

1There is no fog line at the nozzle:

(1)Check if the air compressor is supplying air normally, and if the air filter and water pre filter are clogged.

(2)Check if the gas and water valves are open, if the pipelines are blocked, and if there are any leaks.

(3)Check if the gas and water ball valves of Wujiabao are open. Is the internal water inlet filter clogged. Is the nozzle blocked.

2.Short fog line distance:

(1)Check if the air supply pressure of the air compressor is normal and if the air filter is clogged.

(2)Check if the gas and water pipelines are blocked and if there are any leaks.

3.Droplet size issue:
