The DMH series double door drying and sterilization oven control system adopts advanced and sensitive programmable control, with micro pressure difference display, automatic sound and light indication alarm, and can be configured with combustible gas concentration testing in special environments containing flammable gases, ensuring the quality and reliability of the oven. The complete hundred level laminar flow purification system and reliable operating procedures are in compliance withGMP standard requirements.

Working principle: Fill the cleaned bottle with a drying tray and load it into the small car (drying rack) inside the box, then start itThe start button of the PLC programmable control system starts the sterilization oven, and the program automatically starts the internal circulation fan, heating, dehumidification valve, inlet valve, etc., causing the temperature inside the drying oven to rise rapidly. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, hot and dry air enters the box through a high-temperature resistant and efficient filter, and forms a uniformly distributed hot air flow under the action of the air homogenizer to transfer heat to the workpieces inside the box. The dry air absorbs the water evaporated on the surface of the bottle (workpiece), and some of the humid air enters the dehumidification channel to be discharged and supplemented. The fresh filtered dry air is mixed with the reflux air under the action of the fan, and then heated to the set temperature for directional circulation flow, achieving drying and high-temperature sterilization. As the water vapor gradually decreases and the opening of the dehumidification valve is adjusted simultaneously, the box is in a slightly positive pressure state. When the constant temperature drying and sterilization process is completed, the electric heating system automatically shuts off. The control system automatically enters the cooling program, opens the forced air cooling, the exhaust valve automatically opens, and the temperature inside the box gradually decreases. When the temperature drops to the preset state, the cooling program automatically shuts down, the control system automatically closes the regulating valve, and the sound and light prompt indicates that the drying storage room can open the door to release the bottle.
