1、 Construction steps
Based on the specific situation of the water tank, our company's technical personnel conducted on-site inspections and measurements, and combined with the relevant provisions of the "National Standards for Drinking Water Quality in the People's Republic of China", "National Standards for Secondary Water Supply Facilities Hygiene in the People's Republic of China", and "Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Domestic Drinking Water Hygiene" to ensure the normal use of water by Party A as much as possible, combined with Party A's specific situation and requirements, our company has formulated this construction plan after comprehensive consideration. The specific construction plan needs to be jointly negotiated and formulated with Party A.
1Disinfection materials: Use a sodium hypochlorite generator with a hygiene certificate to electrolyze salt into sodium hypochlorite solution,Disinfection materials are harmless to the human body and can effectively kill Escherichia coli, fecal Escherichia coli, and other harmful microorganisms in water. As disinfectants for secondary water supply tanks and water supply pipelines, they can meet the needs of this project.
2Before any construction work, place warning boards and signs in prominent positions, and prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the construction area. After the completion of the construction work on the same day, remove the relevant signs and restore the site to its pre construction state.
3. Before entering the water tank, it should be ventilated in advance to ensure the oxygen concentration inside the tank before entering.
4The lighting inside the water tank will use low-pressure lighting devices and waterproof treatment will be applied to the positions of the lamp sockets.
5Before construction work, do a good job of water level control to lower the water level in the water tank to a low level. When the sediment content in the water is too high, the sediment should be cleaned up at any time to avoid sedimentation and affecting the effluent.
6When the water level in the water tank drops to the point where construction personnel can enter the tank, they enter the interior of the tank to begin cleaning and construction.
7. If there is a lot of mud and sand and the density is low, the sediment can be cleaned up to the water accumulation pit and pumped away; If the density is high, it needs to be carried out in a bucket and transported to the location designated by Party A.
8After all the sediment is cleared, the cleaning work on the top and walls can be carried out.
9After the water tank is cleaned, both Party A and Party B shall conduct on-site acceptance, fill out the construction acceptance form, and establish archival materials.
10After passing the acceptance inspection, disinfect the bottom of the box and pour it out of the water tank.
11Fill the water tank with water and add disinfectant solution in proportion.
12Using a color chart to compare the residual chlorine content in water, the residual chlorine content is between0.10-0.30mg/LJudged as qualified.
13. After the on-site construction work is completed, the construction site should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and construction supplies and tools should be organized to restore the site to its pre construction state.
